1. In process – is set by the system when a candidate is appointed to a vacancy;
2. Hold – is set by the system if the user clicks on the checkbox next to the Reject button and selects Hold;
3. Reserve – is set by the system if the user clicks on the checkbox next to the Reject button and selects Reserve;
4. No answer – is set by the system if the user clicks on the checkbox next to the Reject button and selects No answer;
5. Hired – is set by system if the candidate was approved at the last stage of the vacancy. He or she will be moved to the Inactive status;
6. Rejected by candidate – the Rejected by candidate status is set by the system if the user clicks on the Reject button and selects one of the reasons for rejecting by a candidate;
7. Rejected by company – the Rejected by company status is set by the system if the user clicks on the Reject button and selects one of the reasons for rejecting by the company.
Please keep in mind the Reserve status exists both in the candidate’s statuses and in the candidate’s walkthrough statuses for a specific vacancy, however, these are different statuses.
