The Candidates tab will display the candidates you are responsible for as a recruiter or manager.
Please note that you will see this tab if you have access to view the list of candidates.
Managers will only be able to see candidates in the “In work” status who are assigned to their vacancies. Meanwhile, recruiters will also see candidates in “New” status. This makes it easier to keep track of candidates who have not yet been assigned to any vacancy and are waiting for your action.
In the candidate’s card, you can view at what stage of the vacancy the candidate is or click on the three dots to open the context menu of actions.
If a candidate becomes inactive, their card will disappear from the “Candidates” tab, but you will be able to find them in the “Candidates” block.
