1. New – is assigned by default if a candidate that has been added to the system is not assigned to a vacancy
2. In work – is assigned if a candidate goes through the vacancy’s stages. A check mark next to the status means the candidate is hired for the vacancy, but has other active walkthroughs
3. Reserve – is assigned if:
a) A new candidate is moved to the Reserve
b) The candidate’s walkthrough that is In process can be moved to the Reserve at any stage
c) The candidate has the Hold walkthrough status. The hold status of the candidate walkthrough linked to an archived vacancy will be changed to the Reserve status.
4. Inactive – is assigned if the candidate no longer walks through the stages of the vacancy. The candidate’s walkthrough can acquire this status if one of the options is selected:
- Rejected by company
- Rejected by candidate
- No answer
- Hired (marked with a tick next to the name of the status)
5. Overdue – candidates with overdue walkthrough stages
6. Favorite – candidates marked with the star-shaped icon
