How can I contact support service of the system?

If you are facing a technical problem in HedgeHog System, you may contact our support service by sending an email to support@hedgehog-system.com.

Or you can use the “Contact Support” button on the top right of the system. 

To make it easier for us to fix your problem, we need to find out as many details of your problem as possible. Please use the instruction on how to send a request to our support service. 

Can I use the system on my phone?

Yes, you can use the system on your phone very easily. Our system is adjusted to using on portable devices such as mobile phones and tablets.

How do I make labels for notifications from the system in Gmail?

Gmail allows you to create labels to filter emails according to different parameters. For example, you don’t want to receive a ton of emails from the system and want them all to be in a separate folder from your Inbox. Then you can create a label for emails from info@hedgehog-system.com and these emails will not appear in the Inbox but will go to the folder with the label.

How to do this?

  1. Go to any email from the system (such an email has info@hedgehog-system.com address as the sender)
  2. Click on the three dots at the top of the email and then on “Filter messages like these
  1. Click on “Create Filter” in the pop-up window
  2. A new window will appear. Check the “Skip the inbox (Archive it)” checkbox.
  3. Now, click on Choose label… – Create label… near the Apply label checkbox
  1. In the new window, type the name of the label and click on Create
  1. Then, tick the checkbox “Also apply filter to matching conversations” and click on Create filter
  1. Now all emails from info@hedgehog-system.com will be collected in the folder under this label and will not be displayed in the Inbox

 

Above, we showed how to create a shortcut for all notifications from a particular sender. But you can also filter emails by other parameters. For example, by email subject, words that are or are not present in the email. This should be done if you do not want to receive any specific emails, e.g. that a task has been assigned to you, etc.
