New opportunities 👋
Track all your reminders within the system
We added a notification bell in the right corner of a topbar so that you can keep track of all your system notifications. To ensure that you get all the reminders you need, check your notification settings.
Simple access to HedgeHog learning materials
No need anymore to make a bunch of pins with system instructions and videos in your browser. You may now access all FAQs and other helpful documentation right from the system. Just click on the Help – Manual icon in the top right corner of the screen and discover our help webpage.
Contact our support team much quicker
If you have any troubles with the system, just click on the Contact support button in the Help section located in the system topbar, submit your request and wait for the prompt response from our support representative by email.
Monitor all your forms with the help of reminders
We added some notifications that will help you keep track of the forms you use with the candidates, for example, find out when the candidate completes the form.
Improvements 🌟
Added update counter to the candidate, vacancy and requisition profiles
It will now be much easier to track all the changes occurring with the requisitions, vacancies and candidates thanks to the improvements made to the tabs. For example, if someone added a file to the vacancy, you’ll see a number next to the tab name notifying you of an update that you may want to check.
Modified the rejection reasons colors
Three rejection reasons will have three different colors for better recognition and navigation
Improved calendar display
The calendar display will be weekly by default. This solution will make a calendar faster to upload.
Tooltips all around the system
Better navigate through the system with the help of tooltips that appear when you hover over the icons
Simpler access to files added in certain formats
Doc, docx, rtf and odt files that you add will automatically be converted into PDF files and thus they can be opened in a new tab next to the system tab. It makes the process of scanning through candidates resumes easier and more pleasant.
Assign candidates only to open vacancies
Now, if you assign a candidate to a vacancy, you won’t be able to select a vacancy that already has a required number of hired candidates. It will help you not to confuse the old vacancies with the new ones.
Bug fixes 🔧
Fixed a bug with the Reject button
Previously, the Reject button in the vacancy walkthrough was active even if the user didn’t have access to this action. Now, the Reject button is active only if you are the responsible user for the candidate or if you have appropriate access settings.
Plans for future releases 🚀
Next, we’ll be focusing on developing functionality that will allow you to schedule group interviews in the candidates’ walkthroughs, respond to the comments with smiles and reply to the comments. And of course we’ll continue fixing bugs and making other minor improvements.
