Changed the display of actions on the stages
We’ve highlighted the background of the actions in the stage so that you can easily see what actions are left to complete.
Moreover, action buttons have been renamed in a more intuitive manner for a better understanding of what you should do with the particular action.
Hiring funnel in the vacancy profile
The information about the hiring stages, actions, and responsible users will be available right in the profile of the vacancy – you don’t event have to open a vacancy editing page.
However, if you need to edit the hiring stages, you’ll still need to click on the Edit button above the hiring funnel.
More flexibility with editing actions in the hiring stages
From now on, you can move the actions up or down to change their location on the stage.
Note that this feature is not available in the Hiring templates block of the Settings but only when you create or edit a vacancy.
Added 30-minutes time slots for the Schedule field (Requisitions/Vacancies)
Require a more precise working schedule? We added 30-min time frames in the Schedule select in the requisition and vacancy so that you can choose the start and the end of the shifts needed for your position.
Easy access to the Identification Numbers (IDs) of candidates, requisitions, and vacancies
Suppose you need to find out the ID number of a candidate required. Now you can check the Basic information block in the profile of this candidate to get such info.
Apart from that, ID numbers will be used for our next global features such as the Activity log and Search by ID.
Added a tooltip when assigning a candidate to the vacancy
Many users have missed the update with the inability to assign a candidate to the closed vacancy. We decided to draw your attention to it by adding a tooltip with helpful information above the vacancy select when you assign your candidate to the vacancy.
Requisition manager field made separate from the Basic information
We’ve made the Requisition manager field in the Requisition creation a separate block under the Basic information and added a useful tooltip above the select. It will help focus manager’s attention on choosing the right user there.
Bug issues 🔧
Many of our users have recently complained about the system’s performance, especially in the hiring stages, the most crucial aspect of the system and the problems with receiving certain kinds of email notifications.
We truly understand your concern and assure you that we are working hard on investigating the root cause of these issues. At this point, we can already say that the problem with the performance may be caused by the current war situation in Ukraine.
Thus, unfortunately, not everything depends solely on us but we will keep trying to make everything possible to boost system responsiveness and performance.
As for the email notifications, the cause remains unknown and our team is utilizing all its resources to solve the issue. So far, please check your system notifications so as not to miss the most important ones.
