We have been working on improving reports and the mobile version of the system and are ready to show you the results of our work over the past few weeks 👇
▶️ New reports on candidates
In addition to reports on the number of candidates in each status, you can now view reports on the candidate statuses by vacancies.
Moreover, you can find out your company’s hiring conversion and time to hire, the average time to assign a candidate to a vacancy, and the average time candidates spend at each stage.
You can also view reports about the number of candidates by each gender.

▶️ Improvements to the mobile version
In this release, we have optimized the mobile version for such areas of the system as tasks, activities, requisitions, user profiles, support request, and the settings page.
▶️ Salary period in the candidate’s profile
Now you can specify the period for the “Salary expectations” and “Current salary” fields when adding candidates to the system or editing their profiles.
This information will be displayed in the candidate’s profile in the “Additional information” block.
