The hiring stage templates are now incredibly user-friendly and easy to use
In this release, we redesigned the hiring stage templates page and made it more consistent with other system parts.
With a new intuitive design, you will be able to create and manage your templates with great ease 🤩
This is especially true now that you no longer have to create repetitive templates from scratch. Instead, you can simply copy existing templates and use them as a starting point for new ones, similar to how you can do so with vacancies or forms.
Introducing a new and improved tags page for even more comfortable usage
The Tags page has been redesigned to ensure conformity with other areas of the system. While you can still create and manage tags as before, the new design makes the process much more streamlined and user-friendly.
Changed the display of tasks in the Board
In the “Tasks” tab of the Board, you will see only the tasks that have been created by you outside of the stage. Any tasks that were added within the stage will not be visible in the Board.
Enhanced event card in the vacancy walkthrough
We have made the event card display in a candidate’s walkthrough clear-cut by showing only the most necessary information for easy understanding.
Less confusing display of stage progress in the candidate list
If the candidate has been hired for the vacancy, you won’t see the stage he has been hired on in the candidate list as it is always the last stage of the funnel which is quite obvious, we think.
Thus, the list will look much neater and quick to grasp.
