Now you can find out which sources were used to add and hire the most candidates, and use this analytics to optimize your recruiting processes.

▶️ Reports by the number of candidate rejections
In the “Rejection reasons” report, you can see which reasons for rejecting a candidate or company are used most often.
In the “Rejections by stage type” report, you can find out at which stage the largest number of rejections occurs.

▶️ Filters in reports
We’ve unlocked filters for all reports except for the new ones (Sources, Rejection reasons, Rejections by stage type). Now you can adjust the selection settings by selecting the required company, vacancy, or other parameters.
▶️ Mobile version of the “Candidates” section
We have implemented a mobile-friendly version of the “Candidates ” section. Now you can add and edit candidate profiles, as well as perform actions on the stages much easier.
