Form statuses

  • Active – the status is assigned automatically if the user created the form. If the form is active, it can be used for completion
  • Archived – the status is assigned if the user has moved the Active form to the Archive. If an active form is attached to a candidate and then moved to the Archive, it can still be completed but it cannot be attached to other candidates. 
  • Draft – the status is assigned if the user clicked “Save to Draft” while creating the form. In this case, the form is visible only to its creator, who can edit and publish it.
